Ft. Worth Here We Come!!!

We have enjoyed the beautiful Smith center for Leadership Development so much at Music Texas last year that we will be returning to this state of the art Multimedia facility located on the beautiful tree lined campus of the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX for Music Texas June 16th – 19th, 2008. We will also use the beautiful 1200 seat Truett Auditorium for our concerts and premieres!

• The spacious 55 hotel rooms contained in the Smith Center, will be
our home base, (you will have to see the pictures in the housing
section to believe how wonderful these rooms are and what special
bonus comes with each nights stay). The Hyatt Place and Laquinta Inn & Suites will also be a host hotel option just a few miles off campus. Click on housing to learn about all the room options and our off campus partner for
additional rooms for Music Texas.

• The 2008 Music Texas schedule brings you a full 4 day schedule including more reading sessions, more dinners, more concerts and more vendors!

On Monday, June 16th, we will start registration at the usual time 10:00am and our first session will begin at 12:00pm. This will give you time to browse our on-site Music Store.

• This year you will be provided lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
and new this year you will be have dinner provided on Monday and Tuesday
evening. Don’t forget about the Banquet on Thursday evening.

• The Hertz Corporation has given us a very special Music Texas
rental rate which you can see in great detail by clicking on the
"Hertz car rental special."
