Consultation. During your consultation
a Kempke's team member will
come out to your location to
meet with you and your staff.
We will at that time get all
necessary information from
you regarding your needs and
desires for your new or upgraded
system. We will take the necessary
measurements, pictures and
diagrams of your facility.
There will be additional time
allotted for any questions
or concerns you would like
to have addressed. We will
then go back and work on your
proposal package that will
be mailed to you within two
weeks.
A Consultation fee of $150
will be charged to you (including
mileage) for this service.
If you decide to go with our
proposal package the entire
fee will be credited back to
you at that time.
Included in this proposal
package would be a Kempke’s
Installation Division Contact
sheet, your Installation Quote,
an Installation Agreement Contract.
Below you may view samples
of these forms as well as other
forms used during your installation
process.
When you are ready to precede
with the install the Installation
Agreement Contract and a 50%
deposit will need to be returned
to us before your equipment
can be ordered. Kempke’s
uses the highest quality products
and will stand behind the manufacturer’s
warranty 100%. When installing
equipment into any facility
the product can only be as
functional as the electrical
supply in the building. It
is highly suggested that a
licensed electrician inspect
your facilities to assure that
the building is adequate for
the equipment being installed.
