Return Poilcy:

Call 800-753-6753 for a return authorization number within 15 days of receipt. No returns will be authorized without the original invoice number and a return authorization number. No returns will be authorized after 60 days.

All music must be in clean, saleable condition (free of stamps and hole punches).

Tapes and Cd's are not returnable if opened (except defectives). Audition packs and orchestrations are not returnable (except defectives and mis-shipments).

There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns (except defectives, mis-shipments and "on approvals". There will be a 20% restocking fee charged on products from Hinshaw, Hal Leonard, Robert King, and all unstocked publishers.

Credit for return postage will only be given on defective items, publisher error or Kempke's error.
